We want you to be 100% happy with your Charlie Bean's purchase, but should you need to return something then that's no problem. All we ask is that you make sure the item hasn't been worn, with tags still attached so that we can re-sell it.
Try and use the same bag which the item was delivered in. If you've thrown it away just make sure it's securely packaged.
Before returning the item back to us please send an email to email@example.com with the word RETURN followed by your order number in the subject line. Explain to use why you would like to return your garment and we will get back to you within 24hrs :)
At the moment our website uses a drop shipping service, which means items are made to order. If you have ordered the wrong size or design then you can return it for a refund (please email us first). Then all you need to do is place a new order for the right one so that we can have it made for you. Shipping costs are only refundable if the item you have ordered is damaged or faulty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If everything is ok, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days from the date you return was received.
If there was a mistake on your part, such as the wrong size, then you are responsible for paying for the costs of returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are only refundable if the item you have ordered is damaged or faulty. We will then refund you for both the item and shipping.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
